Questions, corrections, suggestions for new items, or business enquiries — all welcome. This is a one-person project, so replies come from me — Johan Demmers — rather than a support desk.

What to include

To get a useful answer quickly:

• Price corrections — tell me the item, your country, and the price you actually pay. Local prices vary enormously and reader input is the best source.
• Bugs — mention your browser and whether the live price loaded. If the price bar showed an error panel, quote the technical detail line at the bottom of it.
• Feature ideas — a short description of what you were trying to do is more useful than a proposed solution.

Things I cannot help with

To save you time, a few common requests that fall outside what this site does:

• Investment advice. I cannot tell you whether to buy Bitcoin, when to buy, or how much. I am not a licensed financial adviser and would be doing you a disservice by guessing.
• Recovering lost funds or wallets. This site holds no funds, has no accounts, and cannot access anyone's wallet. Be aware that anyone contacting you offering paid "recovery services" is almost certainly a scam.
• Price disputes with exchanges. The prices shown here come from public APIs and are indicative. For a trade you actually made, your exchange's own record is the authoritative one.
